Where do you ship?
We ship our gift hampers Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does delivery take?

ü  Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

ü  Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

Do you ship from Tasmania?
Yes, all Southern Gather hampers are packed and shipped from Tasmania.


Orders & Gifting

Are the hampers gift-ready?
Yes. All our hampers are beautifully packed and ready to gift.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes. You can add a gift message at checkout and we’ll include it with your order.

Do prices appear on the packaging?
No. Prices and invoices are never included in our hampers, making them perfect for gifting.


Products & Availability

Do the products inside the hampers change?
Our hampers are curated using premium Tasmanian products. Occasionally, specific items may vary depending on availability, but the overall value, quality, and presentation will always be maintained.

Are your products made in Tasmania?
We prioritise Tasmanian-made and Tasmanian-sourced products and work closely with local producers wherever possible.


Corporate & Bulk Orders

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes. We welcome corporate and bulk orders. Please contact us directly to discuss custom options, pricing, and delivery arrangements.


Returns & Issues

What if my hamper arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
